APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

• Application forms can be obtained from the Public Market Division, Health Department, Branch Office, Jalan Meru Central Market Complex, 41050 Klang.

• Application form fee: RM1.00

• Application processing fee: RM10.00

• Completed application forms must be submitted to the above address for processing.

PREMISES APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

• Only applicants who submit complete applications will be invited to attend an interview.

• Incomplete application forms will not be processed.

• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens and born in Malaysia.

• Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old as of the application closing date.

• Applications for locations with no vacancies or not advertised will be rejected without an interview.

• Applicants who were not born in Malaysia must submit a copy of their birth certificate together with the application form.
