The Royal City Council of Klang (MBDK) invites registered, experienced and qualified companies to submit proposals for the provision of stray dog management services within the MBDK administrative area. This appointment is intended to assist MBDK in managing the stray dog population in a more systematic, responsible and safe manner, following an increase in complaints related to public disturbances, road accidents and public safety concerns. All operations must be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures, guidelines and applicable laws, while ensuring due consideration is given to animal welfare and public safety.
