NOTICE: UPDATE OF PROPERTY OWNER’S NAME

Attention to all property owners within the administrative area of the Klang Royal City Council (MBDK).

Property sellers or buyers are REQUIRED to submit Form I – Notice of Sale or Transfer of Ownership to the Council within 3 MONTHS from the date of transfer, in accordance with Section 160 of the Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171).

⚠️ IMPORTANT!
Failure to submit the transfer of ownership documents within the stipulated period may result in a RM1,000.00 compound fine effective 1 August 2027.
