SHAH ALAM, 8 SEPT: The Klang Royal City Council (MBDK) issued three compounds during a monitoring and inspection operation at business premises in a food court along Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, Klang, yesterday. MBDK said the inspection was jointly conducted by its Licensing Department, Enforcement Department, Health Department and Environmental Services Department to ensure that business operators comply with the stipulated regulations and licensing requirements. According to MBDK, one compound was issued under By-Law 3(1) of the Food Establishment Licensing By-Laws (Klang Municipal Council) 2007. “Two compounds were issued under By-Law 7 of the Advertisement By-Laws (Klang Municipal Council) 2007,” it said in a statement on Facebook. MBDK added that it will continue to intensify monitoring and enforcement efforts to ensure that all business operators comply with the relevant regulations and licensing requirements. |
