This guide is provided as a reference for all public sector departments/agencies in implementing the Public Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). Through this guide, the concept of EKSA, the new elements introduced, the actions that need to be taken at each stage of implementation, the auditing methods used and the qualifications and conditions that need to be met to obtain EKSA certification are explained.

In addition to this publication, public sector departments/agencies are encouraged to prepare specific EKSA guides for use in their respective departments/agencies to explain the implementation of EKSA with more focus.

EKSA should also be seen as a program that encourages public sector departments/agencies to be more creative and innovative in an effort to create a suitable work environment that is able to improve productivity and the quality of service delivery.
